Dr. Leah Stempfle is so excited to open Bespoke Dentistry, bringing 14 years of dental experience and a consistent reputation for putting patients first to her practice. Originally from the small Canadian town of Dauphin, Manitoba, Dr. Leah completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta. Her specialties include Invisalign-orthodontics, same-day Crowns with CEREC, and smile make overs with Digital Smile Design, allowing her to focus on delivering outstanding results with the latest technological advancements to her patients. In her spare time she enjoys being active outdoors with her husband and four children, including playing golf, tennis, and waterskiing.

Dr. Nadine Ayouty is a San Diego native and passionate dentist dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University in Utah and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University, where she trained at a Level I trauma center. Dr. Ayouty is also trained in CEREC technology, allowing her to provide same-day crowns and advanced restorative care. Known for her patient-centered approach, Dr. Ayouty values the connection between oral health and overall wellness. She takes the time to build trusting relationships and strives to make every dental visit comfortable and stress-free.Outside the office, Dr. Ayouty enjoys hiking San Diego’s scenic trails, relaxing at the beach, and catching local comedy shows with her husband.

I am originally from Indiana and graduated dental school in 2007. I have worked in multiple dental offices throughout the Midwest providing exceptional care to my patients. I am comfortable delivering compassionate, comprehensive dental care for the entire family.I enjoy cosmetic dentistry and creating beautiful smiles. I believe that a healthy body starts with a healthy mouth. My priority is making my patients feel comfortable and delivering pain-free, lasting dental care.My husband, son and I relocated to San Diego recently from KY after taking almost 2 years off to travel the world. We visited over 18 countries including Europe, Asia, and Australia.We love San Diego for the sunny weather, beautiful beaches and year-round outdoor activities. When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy cooking, reading, hiking and going to the beach!

Dr. Saremi brings advanced specialty expertise and a commitment to clinical excellence to Bespoke Dentistry, providing high-level endodontic care focused on saving natural teeth. With extensive training in root canal therapy and endodontic microsurgery, she delivers precise, evidence-based treatment designed to eliminate infection, relieve pain, and preserve long-term oral health. Dr. Saremi earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and completed her Specialty Certificate in Endodontics at UCLA, one of the nation’s leading programs in dental education. With an academic foundation in quantitative physics, she approaches each case with analytical precision and technical mastery. She is currently becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics - one of the most prestigious distinctions in the specialty.Since relocating to San Diego in 2023, Dr. Saremi enjoys staying active outdoors, exploring local coffee culture, reading, and planning her next international travel experience.

Dr. Sonia Giron is a proud San Diego native, and is honored to care for the community she calls home. She has been working in the dental field since 2016. Dr. Giron earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California Los Angeles, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her patients, she strives to make every dental visit a positive and welcoming experience. She believes in personalized dentistry, taking the time to listen and thoughtfully tailor each treatment plan to meet her patients’ individual needs. Outside the office, Dr. Giron enjoys spending time with her husband exploring San Diego—whether that means going to concerts, catching a baseball game, or watching a beautiful sunset along the coast.

Dr. Bita Amanda Farhoumand is a board-certified periodontist in Encinitas as well as an Implantologist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with Distinction from the University of Virginia, and attended UCLA School of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During her time in dental school, she was involved in two implant studies at the Department of Periodontics and the Weintraub Center for Reconstructive Biotechnology and Department of Advanced Prosthodontics. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Northeastern Society of Periodontists, and the Virginia Society of Periodontists.

Emma has been in the dental field for over a decade. Starting her career as a dental assistant then quickly transitioning to office manager. Here at Bespoke, Emma brings her many years of experience to help bring you the highest quality of care. When she is not at work, Emma loves spending time with her 3 year old daughter, husky and her partner. She is an avid painter who spends most of her time outdoors either hiking the beautiful trails of San Diego or building sand castles at the beach.

Originally from Canada, Ryan has worked as a Health Care executive for both private and public companies for over 15 years. Ryan holds a pharmacy degree and an MBA and is passionate about curating bespoke patient experiences, working with dynamic teams of extraordinary people, and optimizing consistent quality through education and technology. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and coaching children's baseball.

Originally from Illinois, I moved to California in 2016 to pursue my education and career in dental hygiene. I graduated with honors in 2019 and have since built my clinical experience in dental practices that prioritize excellence, comfort, and personalized care. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I'm passionate about creating a positive, welcoming experience for each patient. My goal is to deliver thorough, gentle care while helping patients feel informed, confident, and empowered about their oral health. I take pride in forming lasting relationships with those I care for and staying current with advancements in dental technology and hygiene techniques. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, exploring national parks, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with my boyfriend, Austin, and our cat, Mila.

Best known as Nelly, born and raised in San Diego. She started as a sterilization tech and became an RDA. Now with over 3 years of dental experience in Adult Cosmetic, Pediatrics and Orthodontics, Nelly has become an outstanding professional with attention to detail and an exceptional ability to provide outstanding care. Nelly enjoys working alongside the Doctors and a reliable team whose goal is to make our patients comfortable and to provide the best quality care. Outside of the office Nelly enjoys dancing baile folklórico and spending time with her family.

I grew up in San diego. I have been fascinated by the dental field (oral health) since I was in middle school. I would schedule all my dental appointments and walk from school since it was across the street. I knew I was meant to work in the dental field creating beautiful smiles. Once I heard about dental practitioner school was available close to me I jumped on the opportunity to further my dream to restore smiles. I have decaded the past 20 years in making sure my patients understand how important oral care is and how it affects over all health. I'm also very proud and excited to perform restorative dental work everyday and helping patients smile more. I love to be outdoors - riding my bike, hiking, yoga and spending time at the beach!

Emily is a native Californian currently living in beautiful Del Mar with her husband and two daughters. She has been in the dental field since 2012 and is known for her gentle, thorough cleanings and her commitment to making every patient feel comfortable, heard, and cared for in her chair.

Outside of work, Emily prioritizes quality time with her family, embraces a healthy lifestyle, and loves being outdoors—whether it’s beach days, nature walks, or soaking in the sunshine around town.

Originally from Maryland, Corie has called San Diego home since 2012. With over 20 years in dentistry, she’s been a board-certified EF2 for the past three years, working in La Jolla and now Del Mar. Known for her warm, intentional approach to care, Corie was honored to speak as a featured EF2 at the California Dental Association, a milestone she’s proud of. She’s excited to bring her skill, heart, and attention to detail to the BeSpoke Dental team. Outside the office, Corie loves beach days, travel, great food, and time with her blended family of 7 and her pup, Teddy.

Caila manages marketing at Bespoke Dental while studying as a pre-dental college student. She’s interested in the world of dentistry and gaining hands-on experience as she works toward her future career. Outside of work and school, she’s usually enjoying all San Diego has to offer, or grabbing a matcha.

Aayesha is a board-certified Physician Associate with over five years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in personalized, results-driven treatments that enhance natural beauty and restore confidence. Known for her gentle technique and eye for detail, Aayesha is passionate about achieving subtle, balanced results that help her patients look and feel their best. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family, checking out the latest foodie spots, or dominating at game night—she takes her board games almost as seriously as her Botox.

Ashley is a San Diego native with 11 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in dentistry. She began her career as a dental assistant and quickly advanced to a Registered Dental Assistant, spending seven years in that role before merging into treatment coordination and marketing management. Ashley thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and teams alike, bringing genuine empathy, collaboration, and a growth-focused mindset to everything she does. As a single mom, Ashley values showing up with purpose both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, staying active, exploring new hobbies and trying great food.

Liz was raised in San Diego and brings dedication and heart to the dental field as a skilled dental assistant. Passionate about continuous learning and personal growth, she strives to work at her fullest potential in everything she does. Outside of the office , Liz enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking scenic trails, and making meaningful memories with her family.

I was born in Ukraine and raised in California. I enjoy working as a dental assistant, where I focus on helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.I'm also a student, but in my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the beach.
